The most important football league in Nigeria is looking at the possibility of ensuring a smooth,easy and fair end to the season which draws near. The suspension of matches is only for this weekend. Clubs are in the brink of gaining promotion to Nigeria's top flight,the Nigeria Professional Football league (NPFL) and as well demotion to the lower run of domestic football in the country the Nation-Wide League One (NLO). The pressure has become so intense in the battle for relegation and promotion and NNL considers it imperative to go for a break ,to enable it reappraise certain situations and developments in the league . The Group B2 leader Crown Fc with full of confidence began the game well but the homers GoRound FC took the lead fourteen minute into the game from the spot after the Ajilete Warriors dependable defender Oluwole Johnson brought down the Omoku side forward in the penalty area but the Warriors save hands couldn't rescued as the first half ended 1 - 0. Akala Made Crown FC A Global Icon, Says Club’s Boss, Oyeleye |Yinka ADETUNJI| The general manager of Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso, Mr. Kunle Oyeleye has recalled how the former governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala who passed away on January 12, 2022 at the age of 71, turned the club into a global football icon.
