The Ajilete Warriors were once again at the receiving end of the need to make their teeming fans and supporters alike proud on Saturday when we hosted Apex Krane in one of the match day 4 fixtures of the Nigeria National League (NNL) Southern Conference B2.

It was a goalless draw in the first half of the game as the Ajilete Warriors failed to convert some of their begging chances- leaving much to be desired for in the second half.

The visitors, who had put up a fierce performance in the first half would soon fell to the mastery of Coach Tony Encho led side as when they conceded  two goals within four minutes.

While the introduction of some new legs had bolster the cutting edge of the Ajilete Warriors, the tactical shift of Coach Encho eventually paid off when Oginni Olatunbosun struck in from a close range in the 54th minutes to break the deadlock.

Sodiq Alamayo doubled the lead for the homeside in the 58th minutes as the team went on to dominate the proceedings- sending their fans to another wild jubilation moment.

It became stormy in the last quarter of the game when the visitor's efforts at goal started going pouncing out from all ends.

Otukpe Egbo reduced the tally for Apex Krane in the 79th minutes of the game when he profited from a loosed defense set up of the Ajilete Warriors.

With the win, Crown FC has now maintained their unbeaten run in the league after four games and are now 1st on the log with 8 points.

The Ajilete Warriors will face Abia Comets Fc of Umuahia in their match week 5 game away from home.
