Club team manager, Suleiman Mansur confirmed that the new players have officially put pen to papers at the NNL mid season transfer window. Monsur stated that former Shooting Stars players, Seyi Okeowo and Henry Ndedi will be with the Ajilete Warriors for at least the rest of the season. Seyi Okeowo, a former Gateway United and Shooting Stars reliable midfielder/winger parted ways with the Oluyole Warriors on mutual consent this year March and was also invited by Coach Ladan Bosso to Nigeria U20 camp. Coming from the background of the last result where the Abia based side won the Ajilete Warriors 2-0, the visitors held the homeside to a goalless draw in the first half of the game making it a tough encounter which defied lines of prediction.
