NNL22-MW22: Crown Fc Cruises Past Abia Comets, Continues Home Dominance.

The Anthony Encho tutored side were in their best form on Thursday morning in one of the Group B2 of NNL mid-week fixtures as they defeated the Abia Comets FC by 4 goals to nil to continue their impressive form at home.

Anozie Ugochukwu opened the scoreline with a nodding for the homeside early in the 8th minutes from a tailored corner kick by Oluwaseyi Okeowo before Sodiq Alamayo scored from a goal mouth scrambled connected from Henry Ndedi long throw in the 20th minute to seal the first half for the Ajilete Warriors.

Coming back to the second half, Lanre Ferinyaro with a thunderous and superb free kick to make it the third for the Warriors at 64th minutes and just as the Ogbomoso based club continues with their impressive display, Anozie Ugochukwu made it double from Sodiq Alamayo cross as the Ajilete Warriors made four at 73rd minutes. 

Commending the boys for their wonderful display, Crown Fc Media in a chat with Oyo Sports News noted a constructive and strategic approach the technical crew led by Coach Anthony Encho have applied to the team in improving the cutting edge in scoring more goals in the match.

"Any player can score from any position. If you look at our last game, we dominated the match but not able to score more goals and with what we did in training, we were able to score four goals in today's match" 

Crown FC will be travelling to Asaba in Delta State to face Apex Krane FC in their next game and the Ajilete Warriors are poised to grab the maximum points on the road.

The team is now with 36 points and now sits 2nd in Group B2 of the southern conference.
